Notice pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30/6/2003 ‘Protection of the individual and other subjects concerning the processing of personal data’.
In compliance with Legislative Decree 196 of June 30, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Law’) we inform you that all personal data supplied to us shall be processed in full respect of the abovementioned Law and the privacy obligations by which Horus Healthcare srl (hereinafter ‘the Company’) is bound.
Said personal data shall be processed on hard copy and computer and electronic media adequate for guaranteeing the security and privacy of data processed for the following purposes:
- sending of informative, advertising and promotional material;
- assessing the degree of customer satisfaction regarding the quality of the services rendered, compiling market researches and studies and carrying out public relations activities;
- statistical and scientific purposes;
- in fulfilment of any legal obligations.
The data may be disclosed, exclusively for the purposes indicated above, to subsidiary and associated companies and to consulting companies specialising in market research, without prejudice to the adopting on the part of said companies of equivalent security and privacy criteria.
The party concerned is granted the rights provided for by Art. 7 of the Law. In particular, the party concerned may request from the data controller confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, as well as access to said data in intelligible form. The party concerned may also request details regarding the origin of the data and the logic and purposes on the basis of which said data are processed; the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or suspension of data processed in violation of the law, and the updating, correction or, if desired, integration of the data, and may oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of the same.
The above mentioned rights may be exercised by sending a written request to the Data Controller, Horus Healthcare srl, Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 52, 20052 Milan - Italy.
